Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Mad Hatter's Festival. The Mad Hatter's Easter Festival is a one day outdoor event filled with fun games, activities, live music, food trucks, a DJ, special characters, and of course lots of shoppers looking for Easter + early Mothers Day gifts.The cost to participate is:
10 x 10 $65
To secure your spot payment must be received 24 hours after receiving your invoice.
Refunds: Refunds will be given (minus the $10 processing fee and the $50 non-refundable deposit) if we are notified by December 30. After December 30, we cannot offer a refund – no exceptions.
BOOTH PRESENTATION IS IMPORTANT. VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE, KEEP, and MAINTAIN A CLEAN, ORGANIZED, AND PROFESSIONAL LOOKING BOOTH THROUGH OUT THE EVENT.
This is a free public event that will be held outdoors.
No booth spaces will be assigned for this event. Vendors will be responsible for choosing the best space for them. *Sponsors will have assigned spots if they request it. This will be noted when you arrive at the park.
Sharing: No booth sharing is allowed at this event.
Space: Each vendor will receive a 10x10 space. The space is completely empty. Vendors are responsible for providing their entire display: tents, tables, chairs, racks, etc. You can rent tables and chairs. The cost to rent table and/ or chairs is $12 for a table and $6 for a chair. Please indicate need when you fill out the form. It is your responsibility to haul your belongings and to set up & break down your display. If volunteers are available, they may assist you. You must maintain a clean area at all times.
Detailed information about about where to send eggs, load in, load out, and other important information will be emailed to you February 2, 2018.
